I loved everything about this board because of the versatility behind every exercise that it allowed you to do. As someone that likes to jog, I found this particular exercise with sliding my legs up and down to help with my core and also leg strength. I felt stronger and oh boy... did I feel it in my arms the next day! A complete total body workout.
