As a simple four-step process, the Moodstruck Younique 3D Fiber Lash process combines a Transplanting Gel and 100% natural green tea fibers to help create the appearance of incredible thickness and volume to your existing lashes. It contains high quality ingredients such as collagen that is designed to help strengthen, lengthen, and plump eyelashes. They do not use fillers and the product is great for any skin type.
How It Works
- Apply a thin coat of your favorite regular mascara on both sets of lashes, then let dry.
- Apply an even coat of the Transplanting Gel onto one lash. Doing one lash at a time makes it much easier when proceeding onto step number 3. I would also point out that during this step, it’s important to use a lash comb to separate lashes and eliminate clumps.
- Immediately before the Transplanting Gel has time to dry, apply fibers onto lashes. Try not to overdo applying the actual fibers because overuse can cause the fibers to fall onto your cheeks.
- Lastly, seal the fibers with another coat of Transplanting Gel.
Regular Mascara vs. The 3D Fiber Lashes Mascara
Pros and Cons
Pros - I will say that I did see a huge difference in my length and plumpness of my lashes for sure! It stays on and if applied correctly, you’ll see immediate results. The mascara comes in a really nice case that is easy to travel with and also meets travel by plane guidelines (products can be brought on a plane if less than 100ml (3oz) and put inside a quart size ziploc). They also offer a “Love It Guarantee” policy that guarantees 100% satisfaction and an acceptable return policy toward all customers.
Cons – I found it a little difficult to keep the clumping down, but by being cautious of not overusing the fibers and using a lash comb I was able to minimize a lot of the clumps. As a tip, if you find yourself applying too much of the fibers - twirl the fiber stick around in the tube a couple of times before I pulling it out. Washing it off was a little messy, so I would recommend using a makeup remover and not just a normal cleanser. I used Hard Night Good Morning Skin Care PM Oil Cleanser/Makeup Remover that easily removed it in a few wipes.
